All products sold by Cornerstone Bio Labs are designated Research Use Only (RUO). They are strictly intended for in vitro laboratory research purposes only, conducted by qualified research professionals in a controlled laboratory setting. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, self-administration, clinical use, injection, ingestion, topical application, or consumption of any kind under any circumstances. By completing a purchase you confirm you are acquiring these compounds solely for legitimate in vitro laboratory research purposes and that you possess the scientific knowledge and laboratory infrastructure necessary to handle research compounds safely and in accordance with all applicable regulations.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are a researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional acquiring compounds for in vitro research purposes only. You further confirm that you possess the technical knowledge, laboratory infrastructure, and regulatory compliance framework necessary to safely acquire, store, handle, and use research compounds in a controlled laboratory environment. 4. Not FDA Approved

Products sold by Cornerstone Bio Labs have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products are not drugs, medications, supplements, or therapeutic agents. 5. Buyer Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

By completing a purchase the Buyer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the acquisition, possession, handling, storage, and use of research compounds. Cornerstone Bio Labs makes no representations regarding the legal status of any compound in any jurisdiction outside of its designated research use classification. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to determine and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction prior to placing an order. Cornerstone Bio Labs assumes no liability whatsoever for any misuse, unauthorized use, or regulatory violations arising from Buyer conduct.

6. No Human Use Acknowledgment

Buyer expressly acknowledges that all products purchased from Cornerstone Bio Labs are strictly for in vitro laboratory research use only. Buyer confirms they will not use, administer, distribute, sell, or make available any purchased compound for human or animal consumption, self-administration, injection, ingestion, topical application, clinical application, therapeutic use, or any purpose other than controlled in vitro laboratory research. Any use of products outside of these parameters is a material breach of these Terms and releases Cornerstone Bio Labs from any and all liability arising from such unauthorized use.

7. No Resale for Human Use

Buyer agrees not to resell, redistribute, repackage, relabel, or transfer any purchased compounds for human consumption, therapeutic use, veterinary use, or any purpose inconsistent with legitimate in vitro laboratory research. Any resale or redistribution of compounds purchased from Cornerstone Bio Labs for purposes other than in vitro laboratory research is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable federal and state law.

8. Regulatory Compliance

Buyer represents and warrants that they are in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations including but not limited to regulations governing the purchase, importation, possession, storage, handling, and use of research chemicals and investigational compounds. Buyer acknowledges that certain compounds may be subject to regulatory restrictions or scheduling requirements in their jurisdiction and accepts sole and complete responsibility for verifying compliance prior to purchase. Cornerstone Bio Labs makes no representation that any product is legal to purchase, possess, or use in any particular jurisdiction.

9. No Warranty

All products are sold as-is for in vitro research purposes only. Cornerstone Bio Labs makes no warranties express or implied including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular research purpose, accuracy of research outcomes, or results of any kind. No information provided on this site constitutes a guarantee of research efficacy, purity performance beyond stated specifications, or suitability for any specific experimental application.

10. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in United States dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at our sole discretion without obligation to provide reason. Order confirmation does not constitute a guarantee of fulfillment.

11. Shipping

We ship within the contiguous United States only. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy only and do not constitute a guarantee. Cornerstone Bio Labs is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external conditions beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss transfers to Buyer upon handoff to the carrier.

12. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds and cold chain integrity requirements all sales are final once shipped. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item contact us at support@cornerstonebiolabs.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photographic documentation and your order number. We will review each claim at our sole discretion and reserve the right to offer replacement, store credit, or refund on a case by case basis. No returns will be accepted for any reason related to regulatory compliance, legal status, or change of mind.

13. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cornerstone Bio Labs, its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses including reasonable attorneys fees arising out of or relating to Buyer's purchase or use of products, Buyer's breach of these Terms, Buyer's violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation, or any third party claim arising from Buyer's conduct in connection with purchased products.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Cornerstone Bio Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use, misuse, or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to damages for personal injury, property damage, loss of data, loss of revenue, or regulatory penalties. Our total cumulative liability to any Buyer for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by that Buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and site design is the exclusive property of Cornerstone Bio Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any form without prior written permission from Cornerstone Bio Labs.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.

17. Changes to Terms

Cornerstone Bio Labs reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of this site or placement of any order following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. 18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.
